Meet Keegan

With over 30 years of living in the Triangle, I have deep roots in this vibrant community. Raised in Chapel Hill, I purchased my first condo here at 22—an experience that sparked my long-term passion for real estate. Since then, I’ve owned a home in Durham and have since returned to Chapel Hill, where my wife and I are now raising our three young children.

 

That personal journey across the Triangle gives me a unique, firsthand perspective on the different lifestyles each area has to offer. I specialize in the Western Triangle, which includes Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, and Pittsboro, while also bringing extensive experience throughout the greater region—Cary, Apex, Fuquay-Varina, as well as Chatham and Alamance Counties, and Raleigh, particularly North Raleigh, one of the Triangle’s most sought-after and dynamic areas.

 

Real estate runs in the family—I’m a second-generation broker who got my start helping my mother with her real estate deals in Cary and Apex. That early exposure gave me a hands-on understanding of the business and laid the foundation for the career I’ve built today.

 

As I approach my 12th year in real estate, I can genuinely say I love what I do. I’m passionate about advocating for my clients and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome, whether buying or selling. My experience spans residential resale, new construction, development, and land, allowing me to confidently navigate everything from straightforward transactions to more complex deals.
